Suspended interlocking floor (also called modular suspended sports tile / interlocking suspended flooring) is a modular plastic floor system made of high-strength modified polypropylene (PP), the mainstream fourth-generation multi-purpose sports pavement material.

1. Two Core Structural Designs

(1) Suspended base structure

The bottom of each square tile has dense hollow support columns/grid brackets, creating a gap between the tile surface and the ground base (cement, asphalt, concrete).

(2) Interlocking snap joint design

Each tile is molded with integrated male/female locking buckles around four edges.

Main material: Food-grade virgin PP, mixed with UV stabilizers, anti-aging agents, cold-resistant modifiers and anti-slip additives

Performance range: Resists -40℃ ~ 70℃ temperature, anti-fade under long-term sunlight, 100% recyclable, non-toxic and odorless

Standard tile sizes: 25×25cm, 30.48×30.48cm, 50×50cm; thickness 1.3–2.0cm
