Cangzhou Yunxinda International, located in Yanshan, Hebei Province, China, is a professional integrated manufacturer of stadium seating, telescopic retractable bleachers, fixed grandstand seats and football spectator chairs. Our telescopic bleachers adopt standardized modular five-part integrated structure, with mature mechanical design, stable operation and long service life, widely exported to global schools, sports gyms, indoor arenas and multi-function halls.

1. Heavy-Duty Load-Bearing Steel Frame (Main Skeleton)

The frame is the core support of the whole telescopic bleacher, made of national standard Q235 rectangular steel tube.

Material specification: Main column 100×50×3mm, main beam 50×40×2.5mm, auxiliary cross beam 60×40×2mm

Structural design: Double-layer triangular diagonal bracing system, uniform force dispersion, static bearing capacity up to 500kg/㎡, no shaking under full spectator load

Anti-corrosion craft: Indoor version adopts sand blasting + electrostatic high-temperature plastic spraying; outdoor bleachers add hot-dip galvanized primer to resist moisture, rust and venue condensate water

Modular assembly: All sections are connected by high-strength bolts without on-site welding, convenient for container transportation, on-site assembly and later maintenance. We support customized 3–15 tier bleachers according to venue space

2. Synchronous Telescopic Drive & Walking Mechanism

Three operation modes for options: manual hand crank, electric remote control, silent hydraulic drive system

Silent walking base: Large-size PU silent load-bearing casters with self-locking brake pad, will not scratch PVC, epoxy and wooden gym floors

Double-side synchronous chain guide: Left-right double limit chain ensures parallel extension and retraction without deviation; eccentric self-locking hook automatically locks the bleacher when fully stretched, no extra manual fixing

Electric control system: Built-in low-speed deceleration motor, wired control panel + wireless remote dual control, equipped with overload protection, emergency stop button, IP54 dustproof and waterproof circuit box

Hydraulic version: Chain-free friction design, ultra-low noise, perfect for theaters, auditoriums and high-end basketball gyms

3. Anti-Slip Step Platform System

Step panel: 17mm thick wear-resistant multi-layer plywood or aluminum alloy patterned plate, surface with anti-slip melamine coating, front edge wrapped with anti-collision aluminum alloy strip

Standard size: Step height 300mm, depth 700mm; adjustable height and depth for special venue requirements

Closed side baffle: Block sundries from jamming the drive structure, eliminate hidden safety hazards

4. Auto Flip Spectator Seat Assembly

We provide two mainstream seat structures for different venue demands

Front-mounted Flip Seats (Basketball Gym Standard)

Four-linkage flip structure, no easy spring failure; seat plate automatically retracts downward when empty. Folded thickness only 135mm to save storage space.

Seats are one-piece blow-molded with virgin UV-resistant PP raw material, honeycomb reinforced interior, anti-crack, anti-fade under -30℃ ~70℃ temperature difference. Custom color and logo printing supported.

Rear-mounted Padded Seats (Arena & VIP Area)

Equipped with independent backrest, optional soft cushion and aluminum armrest; armrest flips synchronously without tier interference. Higher comfort for long-time sports events, suitable for football stadium grandstands and multi-purpose arenas.

5. Full Safety Protection System

All safety accessories comply with international sports venue safety standards EN 13200

Heightened side protective railings and standardized fire evacuation aisles (width ≥900mm)

Front anti-drop baffle to prevent spectators and articles falling

Bottom anti-pinch isolation plate to avoid clamping hands or foreign objects during retraction

Wall-mounted bleachers matched with wall anchor parts to enhance anti-overturn performance
