We adopt national standard Q235 rectangular steel tubes for bleacher frames, processed by CNC laser cutting and robotic full welding. Indoor frames go through sand blasting + electrostatic high-temperature powder coating; outdoor versions add hot-dip galvanized primer to resist rust, moisture and venue condensate water. Virgin PP Seat Injection Molding Workshop

All spectator seats are one-piece blow-molded with 100% new UV-resistant PP raw material without recycled plastic mixed. The seats add high-concentration anti-ultraviolet masterbatch, adapting to temperature range of -30℃~70℃, anti-crack and anti-fade for long-term indoor and outdoor use. Front flip seats and padded backrest seats with aluminum armrests are both available.

Electric Control R&D & Assembly Workshop

Our self-developed low-noise reduction motor and bilateral synchronous chain drive system avoid left-right offset and jamming during stretching. Each control cabinet reaches IP54 dustproof & waterproof grade, equipped with overload, anti-jam and limit auto-stop double safety protection systems. Dual control of wireless remote and wired panel supports convenient operation.

Pre-Assembly Inspection Workshop

Every complete set of retractable grandstand will be fully stretched and retracted repeatedly for 15 cycles before shipment to eliminate abnormal noise, stuck wheels and loose bolts, ensuring smooth on-site installation for overseas clients.
