1. Site Checking and Preparation

Before installation, select flat, solid and hard ground such as concrete or cement floor. Ensure enough open space around the site without walls, wires or obstacles. 2. Foundation Pit Excavation

According to the standard size, dig a regular foundation pit at the determined position. Clean loose soil and debris inside the pit to ensure a flat and neat base, which guarantees the firmness of the buried foundation.

3. Embedded Parts Positioning

Place the supporting embedded steel parts into the foundation pit. Adjust the horizontal level and vertical angle accurately, and fix the parts stably to prevent offset during concrete pouring.

4. Concrete Pouring and Curing

Pour high-strength concrete into the pit and compact it fully to eliminate gaps. Smooth the foundation surface and keep natural curing for 7 to 10 days. Do not install or use the basketball hoop before the foundation is completely hardened.

5. Main Pole Installation

After foundation curing, erect the main galvanized steel pole and fix it with professional anti-rust bolts. Calibrate the verticality strictly to ensure the support pole is upright, stable and shake-resistant.

6. Backboard, Rim and Net Assembly

Install the connection brackets on the main pole, then mount and fasten the high-strength backboard. Fix the standard basketball rim tightly and check its levelness. Finally, hang and tidy the basketball net to finish the main assembly work.

7. Overall Calibration and Safety Inspection

Check all bolts for tightness and adjust the overall verticality and stability. Confirm the standard basketball height of 3.05 meters. Test the whole structure to ensure no shaking, looseness or safety hazards before official use.
